Your security and peace of mind are important to us. That is why we have a strong screening process for registered caregivers, including running a criminal background check. We verify previous employment and experience, check references and, if applicable, verify CNA or HHA license are valid and current.
Our registry of professional caregivers are provided a variety of non-medical skills, training, and experience with many conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Stroke, Cancer,Parkinson’s disease, MS, Heart or Cardiovascular disease, Disability, Injuries from fall or accident, Transferring needs, Surgery recovery, and many more not listed here.
All of our caregivers are covered by our liability, workers’ comp insurance, and theft bond coverage.

The process starts as soon as you call and inquire about our service. Over the phone, your highly trained personal referral specialist will gather information about your unique needs, preferences, and desired schedule. Additionally, they will discuss items you may not even have thought of, for example, do you have pets and if so, how important is it to you that the referred caregiver be an animal lover?
Responsiveness to your needs, day or night, is not a luxury but a necessity. Our intake nurse is always available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to assist you.

Our fully screened personal care aides are available to assist you with everyday tasks, such as eating, bathing, or light housework. Founded by two Registered Nurses who both shared a career in providing care to home health patients on Hospice. Falling in love with the passion of caring for others and understanding the need and significance of a client remaining in their own home, they developed Deborah’s Heart & Care Agency.
As a Medicaid Certified Provider, we partner with hospitals, care facilities and physicians within the community to provide continuity of care to patients. By working with these local facilities, we can coordinate and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
